HOME DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Home Delivery service is for purchases made at our physical store and you wish for the items to be delivered to your house or to a specific destination.
With respect to non-exclusive Pet Lovers Centre (PLC) branded Goods, such Goods are supplied and sold on an “as is where is” basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods, has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.
All pricing stated at our store and on our website are inclusive of 0% GST. Whilst all pricing & product information stated are as accurate as possible, PLC reserves the right to vary the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice.
The expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product lifespan before it is opened for use.
Subject to the Terms and Conditions of prevailing promotions, applicable membership privileges (i.e. Birthday Discount, Loyalty Points, etc) will only be given upon verification of membership status.
A minimum purchase of RM150.00 is required to be eligible for Home Delivery. Delivery is free for Goods purchased above RM500.00 and delivered within Zone A and Zone B only. Deliveries outside of stated Zone A and Zone B will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. The Home Delivery charges apply for re-delivery after the first failed delivery. Installation / Dismantling of cages or houses will incur an additional RM100.00 charge (Inclusive of 0% GST) for selected items only (kindly speak to our friendly Customer Service Representative for more information).
Payment of purchase & delivery service surcharge has to be made at the physical store. We accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) and cash payments.
Upon receipt of your delivery order, our Customer Service Representative will contact you on the next working day (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays). In cases where stocks become unavailable, PLC reserves the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered.
Your Order is not confirmed until you receive a tele-confirmation from our Customer Service Representative. All confirmed orders can be amended at least 1 Working Day before the delivery date by calling our Home Delivery Hotline.
Delivery will take 3 to 4 Working Days from the date of purchase. The delivery date will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative.
Should any of our goods be unavailable after confirmation and payment of the purchase, we will refund the amount paid by the customer should he/she chooses to do so. Alternatively, we will wait for stock availability before delivery should the customer be willing to wait.

As we have a fixed delivery routine, we are unable to accede to any particular delivery time request. For Delivery Time Slots Amendments, please inform our Delivery Hotline at least 1 Working Day in advance.
We are unable to accede to any particular packing requirements for your delivery.
Additional charges apply when a customer requests the establishment of any other new services other than home delivery such as installation, dismantling or relocation of purchased products other than the address stated. All changes in location from one premise to another, except as otherwise provided, are treated as a new service and appropriate service charges apply. These charges are in addition to any other scheduled rated.
All refunds or exchanges must be reported to our Home Delivery Hotline within 7 Working Days and accompanied by the original receipts. All products for refunds or exchanges have to be returned to PLC unused, in their original packaging & tag. For products which are wrongly or short delivered, PLC reserves the right to refund the difference or supply the correct or short delivered products. All exchanges or refunds of the products are subject to the discretion of the Management. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
